The founders
Shreyas Doshi & Yuvraj Kapadia
Both Chartered Accountants. 30+ years combined experience across finance, taxation and accounting. We invested first for ourselves — building 15+ high-performing properties across QLD, NSW, VIC, TAS and WA in eight years, and using that same strategy to pay off our owner-occupier mortgage in the process.
The first people we helped were family and friends. They asked because we were doing it for ourselves and the data was working. Word spread. Eventually we formalised what we were already doing — and NOVAQ Realty was born.
The name says it: New Opportunities in Value And Quality. We don’t chase headlines. We find quality assets that perform against a measurable goal.

Shreyas Doshi
Shreyas Doshi is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience across global taxation, commercial structuring and risk management, spanning Big Four professional services and large multinational operations in Australia.
Before founding NOVAQ Realty, Shreyas spent more than a decade with leading global firms Deloitte and PwC, advising complex domestic and international clients on taxation, structuring, governance and transaction matters. He has also worked as a Tax Manager for a major multinational mining company in Australia, where he led tax strategy, risk management and compliance across multi-entity, high-value operations.
Alongside his professional career, Shreyas has built a significant personal property portfolio across individual ownership, trust structures and SMSFs. His experience extends well beyond passive investing, having successfully delivered subdivisions, complex knock-down rebuilds and value-add development projects in Brisbane, working closely with planners, builders, financiers and other specialists to manage risk and maximise outcomes.
Shreyas is known for his data-driven, risk-aware approach, focusing on asset quality, downside protection and long-term performance rather than short-term hype. At NOVAQ Realty, he applies institutional-grade discipline and analysis to help clients make confident, well-structured property decisions that stand the test of time.

Yuvraj Kapadia
Yuvraj Kapadia brings a rare combination of deep financial expertise, regulatory insight and practical property experience to NOVAQ Realty. With over a decade of experience across accounting, superannuation and financial services, Yuvraj helps clients approach property and wealth decisions with structure, clarity and confidence.
A qualified CPA and Chartered Accountant, Yuvraj began his career in Big Four consulting, before transitioning into broader advisory roles and ultimately founding and operating his own professional services businesses. He is also an ASIC registered SMSF Auditor, registered Tax Agent, licensed Finance & Mortgage Broker, and licensed Real Estate Agent (Buyer’s Agent), with specialist accreditation as an SMSF Specialist Advisor (SSA).
Yuvraj has extensive experience advising clients on SMSF strategy, investment structuring and regulatory compliance, ensuring complex rules are met while optimising long-term outcomes. He is particularly valued for his ability to simplify technical financial concepts into clear, actionable strategies aligned with client objectives.
Alongside his professional career, Yuvraj has built a strong personal property portfolio, acquiring multiple properties across several Australian states that have performed strongly over time. At NOVAQ Realty, he is known for helping families and investors build sustainable wealth through informed, well-structured property decisions.
