- The Western Sydney Airport / Metro West corridor (Penrith, St Marys, Marsden Park), the gentrifying inner west (Marrickville, Dulwich Hill, Earlwood) and Sutherland Shire for family upgraders.
- How do you handle Sydney holding costs for investors?
- We model holding costs against the client's serviceability buffer (typically 2-3 years of negative carry at a stressed rate) before recommending a Sydney acquisition. If the buffer isn't there, we redirect the capital to a higher-yielding market.
